What is in scope for a handyman roof visit

A handyman does small roof work: single slipped slate replaced, single cracked tile swapped, ridge cement points repointed on a short run, lead flashing patched or re-dressed, chimney cowl fitted or swapped, aerial or satellite dish refit, roof-light seal check.
